1. At least 50% of the total cost must be paid in advance.
2. Remaining 50% of the cost must be paid before occupying the property.
3. Packages are non-refundable.
4. Unnecessary usage of water is prohibited.
5. In case of destruction or damage to property, the renter is liable to pay for the damage in full.
6. Save energy. Turn lights on only when needed.
7. Additional charges will be claimed for additional decor.
8. Hooking of electrical lines is strictly prohibited and stringently enforced.
9. The premises must be left in the same condition as found at the beginning of the rental period.
10. Setup and cleanup will be supervised by Megh Brishti staff members.
11. Rental time period: From 6am of the rented date to 5am of the following date.
12. Installation of sound boxes outside of the building is prohibited.
13. Usage of additional sound system and light equipments must be consulted beforehand.
14. Littering is prohibited.
15. The renter(s) consent and authorise Megh Brishti to use the their likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media taken or to be taken on the day of event in any and all of its web-based publications. Renter(s) irrevocably authorise Megh Brishti to copy, edit, enhance, crop or otherwise alter any image for use in their publications.

Agreement:

Renter(s) agree to abide by the terms as stated above. Renter(s) are fully responsible for the property during the rented period and should strive to return it in the same condition.
